STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION

APEC ensures compliance with the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) industrial stormwater permitting program by writing Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) that implement all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements. This includes submission of Notice of Intent (NOI), Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs), and Annual Reports. APEC also assists with visual monitoring requirements, non-stormwater discharge assessments, discharge sample collection, laboratory analysis, inspections, and implementation of Best Management Practices (BMPs).
